How long we retain your data

Only if you send an e-mail or register for an event your data would eventually be retaining for the specific purposes of your message. No policy of automatic data erase or deletion is implemented. You would expressely ask for the cancellation of your data if you like.

Who we share your data with

Your data will only be shared by the Organising Committee. Please note that your name will appear on the screen sharing of the virtual events and will therefore be visible to other participants, or in public on the video recordings of the event. A personal badge and a paper list with the name and affiliation of each participant will be distributed at the Conference in order to facilitate networking.
